Winterize your irrigation

blow out

Our cool nights and fantastic fall color signify that it's time to schedule for your irrigation system to be winterized.  Compressed air is pushed through each zone to blow the water out of the pipes and heads.

If water is left in your irrigation system over the winter, the freeze/thaw cycles that we experience here in Central Oregon cause that water to expand and contract causing all sorts of required repairs in the spring to get the irrigation going again.

When you schedule your blow out, be sure the company you plan to use is licensed for such work with Oregon Landscape Contractors Board.  You can check online at www.oregon.gov/LCB
